David Zard born in Tripoli (Lybia) on January 6th, 1943.
At the age of 14 starts to set up school events.
He sets up shows in Tripoli with Ricky Gianco, I Ribelli and
La Piccola San Remo all made for the big italian community,
then he opens his great advertising agency "Publilibya"
and his motto will be: THE BEST EXISTS AND WE ADVERTISE IT.
He leaves Tripoli in 1967 due to persecutions against Jews
during the "Six Days War".
He arrives in Europe and after trying to operate in the industry,
he dedices to try to realize his dream: organize shows.
The first concert he made was: ARETHA
FRANKLIN at the OLIMPYA in Paris, then Aretha become a
special guest of Cantagiro and he starts a collaboration with
Ezio Radaelli. David also brings in Italy LED ZEPPELIN in
Milan, part of history in the students revolution, then DONOVAN, SAM & DAVE. He realize that is dangerous to bring rock in Italy,
but he accepts the challenge.
For many years he organized the best musical events ever.
Thanks to David, ANGELO BRANDUARDI becomes a
big star all around Europe.
The musical opera has never rocked in Italy, and
once again is David's time:
NOTRE DAME DE PARIS arrives in Italy.
